1.1 Purpose of the Service

h215 services are designed for entertainment purposes and provide players in Myanmar access to games including Slots, Live Casino, Baccarat, Roulette, Dragon Tiger, football betting, fish shooting games, 2D/3D lottery, and Crash Games.

1.2 Eligibility

• The player must be 21+ years of age.
• Participation must be personal. Playing on behalf of another person is prohibited.

2.1 Account Registration

Every player must open one personal account to access the full range of services. Each person may register only once, and opening duplicate accounts is prohibited. If this occurs, we may reclaim bonuses, close accounts, or refuse withdrawals.

2.2 Accuracy of Personal Information

Players must provide accurate name, date of birth, and contact details when registering. Providing false information is a breach of this agreement, and h215 may close the account and make decisions regarding any funds held.

2.3 Account Security

• Players must keep their account login credentials confidential.
• Allowing a third party to play using your account is strictly prohibited.

• h215 cannot be held responsible for losses caused by a third party after the player has acknowledged and confirmed the actions as their own.

3.1 Deposits

Players can deposit via KBZPay, Wave Money, AYA Pay, CB Pay, or bank transfer. The minimum deposit per transaction is 20,000 Ks. Players must make payments in their own name only — depositing via a third-party card or account is strictly prohibited.

3.2 Withdrawals

A minimum of 30,000 Ks is required to withdraw. Once the withdrawal request is verified, it will be processed within 5–30 minutes. Withdrawals can only be made through the same method used for the deposit.

3.3 Transaction Verification

If suspicious transactions are detected, h215 may request a copy of the player's national ID, phone number verification, or payment screenshots as part of a KYC check. Failure to cooperate may result in temporary account suspension.

4.1 Welcome Bonus

New players at h215 can receive a 120% bonus on their first deposit (up to 500,000 Ks). For example — deposit 20,000 Ks and receive a 24,000 Ks bonus, giving a total balance of 44,000 Ks. To withdraw the bonus, you must wager the bonus amount × 10 times (240,000 Ks).

4.2 Bonus Terms

• You cannot request another bonus while one is already active.
• The deposit and bonus request must be made at the same time. Funds already wagered before claiming the bonus will not count toward the bonus.
• Withdrawing your deposit (personal funds) after receiving a bonus will automatically forfeit the bonus.
• If bonus abuse is detected, h215 will reclaim the bonus and any related winnings and review the account.

4.3 VIP Program

The h215 VIP program has three tiers — Bronze, Silver, and Gold — and you can move up as your play history improves. Bronze members can earn up to 0.4% weekly cashback, Silver up to 0.8%, and Gold up to 1.2%.

Players are strictly prohibited from doing any of the following —

• Filing a chargeback or disputing a payment.
• Using software (bots, scripts, or automation) that harms the platform.
• Colluding with others, scraping data, or using any method that disrupts the service.
• Using the platform for money laundering.
• Encouraging anyone under 21 to gamble or playing on their behalf.
• Conducting professional arbitrage betting on the service.

All designs, graphics, content, software, and policy documents on the h215 website are the intellectual property of h215 and are protected by law. Players are prohibited from copying, distributing, modifying, or claiming any content from this site as their own.

9.1 Suspension by h215

If players are found to have violated these terms, h215 may suspend or permanently close the account without prior notice. Please be aware that in the event of such a violation, bonus amounts will be reviewed before a final decision is made.

Players who wish to close their own account may contact [email protected]. Please clearly state your intention to close the account. If there is a remaining Ks balance, it will be withdrawn first before the account is closed.
